Please note that a $15 late fee will be applied if you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment. Appointments delayed by 15 minutes or more will be canceled and must be rescheduled. To avoid cancellation, appointments must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Please note that in the case of cancellation a refund will not be allotted for the 50% service deposit. No-shows will result in being blocked from future bookings until fulfillment of full payment of the scheduled no-show appointment.

For the time being no extra guests or children allowed during appointments. Treatment rooms are intimate spaces reserved for scheduled clients only. In the case of teen clients (13–17), they must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. Intake forms must be signed by both adult and minor.

Deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be accredited towards your final balance.

All appointments are time-sensitive and add-on services will only be accepted if time allows. At Lash Esthetics is committed to quality, transparency and client education. Please understand that results vary depending on skin type, condition, and natural features. By booking, you agree that there are no refunds, and charge-backs will not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse care in special situations. All payments (including deposits) are legally enforceable and will be submitted to Small Claims Court in Shelby Township, MI if necessary.
